Loved the comfy room, but struggled with the poor air quality.

The hotel features innovative technology that enhances convenience.
During my stay, I encountered several issues with the smart technology in the room. For instance, the bathroom light would sporadically malfunction, causing frustration as I struggled to get it to turn off. Moreover, I was disappointed to find that the breakfast options were limited to traditional Thai food, with no alternative choices available, leaving me to search for breakfast elsewhere.

Super clean and comfy room! The staff were incredibly helpful, even arranged a free taxi to the airport for me. Loved the street food right outside. locals were all over it! Plus, having a 7-Eleven nearby made grabbing snacks super easy. Definitely coming back! 😊

Just a balanced option for a city break in Bangkok with good value. The smart TV in the room had Netflix, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. Bring an adapter since the room doesn't come with international sockets.

The staff here are incredibly welcoming, making the check-in process seamless with a warm introduction and escorting us to our room. A highlight was the free mini bar offering snacks, which was a nice touch. The cleanliness of the room and its well-thought-out amenities, like a coffee machine and microwave, contributed greatly to a comfortable stay. However, the check-out policy was a bit strict, and I encountered minor noise disturbances, especially from the corridor. Limited dining options could be improved as well.

good stay but some issues
Utilities of the room are impressive. The variety of light switches really allowed me to customize my ambiance, and the strong A/C made for a comfortable stay. I truly appreciated the proximity to a 7-Eleven and Lotus, providing easy access to snacks and essentials. Additionally, the hotel staff maintained a friendly atmosphere and timely cleaning service, making my visit pleasant.
However, the overall cleanliness in certain areas could use improvement.

Couple's ideal retreat
The staff were really friendly and helped us with everything even printing out our visas. The design of the hotel was immaculate and felt high end. We had all necessary streaming services on the TV which made the evenings nice and cozy.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but you get what you pay for.
